Dave Firth - Works Manager
Greenbank Terotech
Woodville

As the Works Manager I find I am kept up to date on the progress of the Apprentices, Training Services 2000 staff keep everyone informed, and spend quality time with the apprentice. It is more enjoyable and informal from my point of view, I also believe the apprentices feel more thought of when people take time to sit down and listen to what thoughts and problems they may have.

I would certainly recommend the scheme to any employer/employee and potential learner.

Erika Brown - Liaison Officer

Training Services 2000 provide training to many of our Apprentices. They explain fully the apprenticeship training and how this works and are flexible in how the training is delivered to fit in with our needs and those of the learner.

At the recruitment stage, Training Services 2000 provide full information about prospective learners and whilst on the programme they offer the opportunity to achieve valuable qualifications. The range of IT courses offered to trainees is very good.

Training Services 2000 provide good support to learners, encourage and motivate them to develop into successful employees.

Don’t just take our word for it!

Bringing new people into our business is vital but can be difficult given the skills shortage in the engineering sector. The Apprenticeship programme means young people can join the team, have their talents nurtured and grow with the company.
