- We offer a flexible approach to the delivery of our training, whenever possible.
- Learners are allocated a specific Advisor/Assessor who stays with them throughout their Apprenticeships.
- The pace of training and delivery takes into account individual learners needs and abilities.
- Day release at college allows the Engineering Apprentices to gain a Technical Certificate (such as BTEC/C&G). NVQ assessments are carried out in the workplace by our Engineering Assessors every 4 – 6 weeks (approximately).
- Day release to our centre allows the Administration Apprentices to gain a Technical Certificate in Administration (OCR) and other related qualifications. NVQ assessments are carried out in the workplace by our Assessors every 12 weeks (approximately).
Supervisors/Mentors are involved, consulted and kept up to date with the learners progress throughout the programme.
