How Do Apprenticeships work?

TS2000 Ltd have a recruitment and selection process which helps us to match employment / apprenticeship opportunities. Once we have successfully found you employment, TS2000 Ltd will arrange and deliver all the qualifications within your framework.

The Apprenticeships can be delivered around the needs and requirements of the individual learner and their employer. Where possible Apprentices will have day release where they will attend TS2000 Training Centre to work towards their Technical Certificate and other parts of their framework. Apprentices will also attend workshops at TS2000 to work towards Key Skills if necessary. They will have an individual assessor who will visit them in the workplace to support them and deliver the other components of the framework. On occasions Engineering learners may attend a local college for their day release (to work towards their Technical Certificate), this will be a college that TS2000 have assessed and will monitor to ensure quality. If Apprentices are unable to have day release, TS2000 will visit them more regularly in the workplace to deliver the framework.

We can assure you that!
  • We only work with quality employers who are committed to supporting your training and development.
  • You will receive at least the Government minimum apprenticeship wage (TS2000 try wherever possible to ensure employers pay no less than £100 per week)
  • You will be guided and supported by TS2000’s qualified Assessors and Tutors throughout your programme.
  • TS2000 are committed to the promotion of equality of opportunity and will ensure that you are treated fairly at all times.
