What happens once I have completed and sent my application?

Once we have received your completed application form we may then invite you along for an ‘Initial Assessment’ session as and when suitable vacancies arise within your local area. The ‘Initial Assessment’ session is where we assess your numeracy and literacy skills. There is no pass or fail, the aim is to find out what level you are at to help assess what vacancies and programme would be most suitable for you.

Following this we may then invite you back for a ‘one to one’ interview. If you are selected for a ‘one to one’ interview this will give us the opportunity to discuss with you how TS2000 Ltd may be able to help you find employment and gain relevant qualifications in your chosen field. These may be City and Guilds, Edexcel, BTEC, or OCR (Oxford and Cambridge & RSA) qualifications (alongside one or more NVQ’s), depending on the course you are following.

After you have taken part in the above, we will begin to identify any vacancies which we feel you may be suitable for. We will then contact you and give you all the details about the vacancy and you will decide if you want to be put forward. If so, we will send your details to the employer and try to arrange an interview for you.

If the employer selects you for an interview we will contact you and arrange it on a suitable day and time.

Following the interview you would be notified if you were successful or unsuccessful. If you were successful you would be given a start date and TS2000 would contact you in the first week to arrange a visit to complete all the sign up paperwork. If however you were unsuccessful, TS2000 would then keep looking for a suitable vacancy for you.

If at any time during the application process you would like to discuss you application, please do not hesitate to contact the Applications Department on 01332 361555.
