Our Centre

TS2000 Ltd moved into its prestigious new premises on Pride Park in August 2007. In October 2008 the new centre was officially opened by Tom Crompton, regional director, LSC East Midlands (right).

Our facilities are well equipped with modern equipment and resources to enable learners and partners to progress more quickly and effectively through their learning programmes.

The Business & Administration and IT Suite is equipped with:

Ceiling mounted projector

Interactive Whiteboard

15 x state of the art IT Stations

A variety of appropriate software, resources and other equipment
We also have an Engineering Workshop within the centre. This allows delivery of various training programmes to TS2000 Ltd’s engineering Apprentices (i.e. Intermediate Certificate in Engineering Technology Level 2 and Advanced Diploma in Engineering Technology). This engineering facility has been fully fitted with soundproofing and the following equipment:

• Milling machines
• Box and pan folder
• Horizontal band saw
• Bench drill and pedestal drill
• Roller bending machine
• Guillotine
• Benches, vices and other small equipment and tools
